Fourteen days, unworn, with tags attached. Inside the Valley we collect from your door.

How to return

  • Email care@maniamansiontraders.com.np with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
  • Keep the garment unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
  • Inside the Kathmandu Valley we collect at no charge. Elsewhere, return postage is yours.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of inspection.

What we cannot accept

Altered garments, pieces made to a custom measurement, and items marked final sale. Cashmere and pashmina must be returned in their original dust bag.
