Terms of sale

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline an order if a piece is no longer available or if the price was displayed in error, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

Prices

All prices are in Nepalese Rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you confirm.

Cancellation

You may cancel while an order is pending or awaiting payment. Once preparation has begun, cancellation is at our discretion; our returns policy still applies after delivery.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and the courts of Kathmandu have exclusive jurisdiction.
